Privacy policy

This site is operated by Kris Trinity, an independent consultant based in London, UK. It exists to explain the work and to receive written enquiries.

What I collect

If you submit the enquiry form I receive the name, email address, organisation (if provided), enquiry type and the situation you describe. I also receive standard server logs from the host (Vercel) such as IP address and user agent.

How it is used

Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and to decide whether I can help. They are not sold, rented or used for marketing lists. There is no newsletter signup on this site.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation, then deleted in the ordinary course of inbox hygiene. Analytics from Vercel, if enabled, are aggregated and do not identify you by name.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold, or ask me to delete it, by emailing kristrinityconsulting@gmail.com.
